Katie Vandenburg is the Senior Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Toft Group in San Diego. Katie comes to Toft Group with over 7 years of experience in executive administration and operations; having worked within the construction, healthcare insurance brokerage, and medical device industries.
At Toft Group, Katie provides administrative support to the Executive Team, scheduling and other recruitment support to recruiting team, and handles everyday administrative and office needs to keep the office running at peak efficiency.
Katie is a San Diego native and is passionate about giving back to her community through local volunteer opportunities. Such organizations include: AYSO, San Diego Young Philanthropists, TerraCyle, San Diego Food Bank, I Love a Clean San Diego, Habitat for Humanity, and Mama’s Kitchen. In her spare time Katie enjoys hiking, wine tasting and playing soccer.
Katie attended Grossmont College with an emphasis on office and executive administration. Katie has also been a member of the San Diego Chapter of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) where she was the Community Outreach Chair and Chapter Photographer.
