Holiday Greetings - Toft Group

The holidays are a great time for reflection, gratitude and focusing on what really matters. As we think back on this year, we can't help but note the development of the new Toft Group brand as one of the our biggest highlights. Our process of rebranding prompted us to go back to our core mission, values, and what's made 84% of our clients continually use the Toft Group to build their leadership teams over the years. Out of this, a new Toft Group brand evolved, and we're proud to say that we've never been more committed to "Changing the Future of Medicine, One Relationship at a Time."

Often times when we think of a company brand, we think in terms of customer perception. But developing your brand as an employer is critical to attracting the right talent and ultimately building your corporate culture. "Employer branding" by definition is a company's efforts to communicate to current and prospective staff what makes it a desirable place to work, and the active management of a company's image as seen through the eyes of its employees and potential hires. Employer branding starts before the first interview, and every encounter with your brand influences a candidate's perception of your organization.
