Senior Executive Assistant and San Diego Office Manager

Katie Vandenburg is the senior executive assistant and office manager for Toft Group in San Diego. Katie provides administrative support to the executive team, scheduling and recruitment support to the recruiting team, and handles everyday administrative and operations needs to keep the office running at peak efficiency.

Katie joined Toft Group with nearly a decade of experience in executive administration and operations, having worked within the healthcare insurance, medical device and construction industries. In June 2017, Katie graduated from LEAD San Diego’s flagship program, IMPACT, a nine-month series of full-day issues-focused seminars, designed to give participants a greater understanding of the critical issues and key players in our region.

Katie attended Grossmont College with an emphasis on office and executive administration and recently earned a Professional Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from San Diego State University.
